Failed company, my estimator was it a carpenter he was an ex painter…did not understand how to create a scope for hail damage to roofing. Missed the roof battens, and anticon. This company should be ashamed of itself I see a lot of people have shared similar experiences

Johns Lyng Group were excellent to deal with in regards to my building issue. Great communication and their representative Ghazi was very good in contacting pre arrival, punctual, pleasant personality, professional and completed his inspection of the damage and what the process and next steps were. Checked whether I had any other questions before leaving. Would definitely recommend this company.
I am highly dissatisfied with their service. Multiple phone and text enquiries went completely unanswered. To make matters worse, the estimator failed to correctly determine the age of the device, which has directly compromised the outcome of my claim.
Great team of tradies all scheduled very well. Good communication and understanding of our concerns
