John's Independent has (unfortunately) been the worst car repair experience I've ever had in my entire life. In returning my call, he said he was sorry b/c other new paying customers were keeping him busy. I'm sorry, but I was first in line and he was perfectly happy to put me at the end b/c I allowed him to get away with it. Second, he never gave me a formal estimate of charges. I was stuck in Bakersfield and had to get back to LA asap. These guys provided the fast and friendly service to get me on the road in no time. Young guys that knew what they were doing. I definately recommend any Honda/Acura owner visit their shop when in need of service. Thanks John's Honda
John's prices are reasonable and he does great work! Doesn't push unnecessary repairs but will tell u what needs to be done and how long u can wait before causing damage! Great customer service for a one man show!
