I saw Dr Wong in Cardiology who was a very nice man and he was very informative and straightforward with respect to my condition. However he prescribed me medication to lower my cholesterol but it was never sent to my pharmacy. I was seen a week ago and I am still waiting for it to be sent over to pharmacy. Hugely helpful. The staff is wonderful. They have been very patient with my schedule. I've gotten the best heart advice possible. Excellent Docs. It's really made a big difference in my health.

Wife scheduled an appointment by phone call and everything seemed to be fine. However, she was later contacted and told that her insurance was not accepted. How hard is it to check insurance while scheduling an appointment? Can't be that hard, I've had plenty of other places check it while I was on the phone. Incompetent and unprofessional. Even if you hate your job, have some pride in what you do. Do it right.
