Dr. Kristan Kunicky personally called me back to discuss my discomfort and was able to see me the very next day. His attentiveness and compassion made a stressful situation much easier.That spoke volume to me and John and the office staff always greets me with a smile and the medical staff are always professional and friendly. The front desk staff here( the guy in particular) is rude and lacks customer service. He’s not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt as if I was bothering him when I had a question to ask. The front desk is the first staff we see, so we should feel comfortable asking them a question about the appointment and medical form, etc. He was very standoffish, maybe the front desk isn’t for him. Great Staff and very professional to their patients.
It was frist there had hand Surgery and who resigned me was very nice and everyone back who prepared for surgery was very nice, the people in recovery area also very nice
Due to the high rating I saw on Google, we chose Johns Hopkins Orthopedic. Sadly, we were disappointed in many aspects of the establishment. The staff was less then welcoming, the physician assisted PA was nice but wasn't very interesting in listening to options and was quick to push medication and steroid shots. When asked about the gel using ultrasound we were told "we don't do that here" even though it's far more effective then without ultrasound. We were then told to begin physical therapy (PT), however that was a mess, ... read more
