This 1 start is for the gentleman at the front desk or lack there of. Just incase you have forgotten the field you are in...... it's Customer Service. When a patient finishes their appointment and checking out with you, you don't know what news they may have just heard or what is going on with them. Dr. Kristan Kunicky personally called me back to discuss my discomfort and was able to see me the very next day. His attentiveness and compassion made a stressful situation much easier.That spoke volume to me and John and the office staff always greets me with a smile and the medical staff are always professional and friendly. The front desk staff here( the guy in particular) is rude and lacks customer service. He’s not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt as if I was bothering him when I had a question to ask. The front desk is the first staff we see, so we should feel comfortable asking them a question about the appointment and medical form, etc. He was very standoffish, maybe the front desk isn’t for him.
