Poor customer service. The staff at the front desk is rude. It's like you're bothering them when you ask questions. They messed up on my fmla forms sending it to the wrong doctor. Long wait times when you have an appointment ridiculous.

Medical care in this country is awful and this facility is a prime example. Endless phone chains and eventually people who can't help your call. It takes at minimum 3 months to book an appointment. One must arrive 30 minutes before the appointment. Then wait another 15 minutes to be taken to a room. Eventually, when you're in the room, it's another 15-30. So you waste close to an hour just waiting to be seen, then the doctor and staff give you 10 minutes of their time and rush you out like it's a fast food restaurant. JHU ne... read more
