It was frist there had hand Surgery and who resigned me was very nice and everyone back who prepared for surgery was very nice, the people in recovery area also very nice
Due to the high rating I saw on Google, we chose Johns Hopkins Orthopedic. Sadly, we were disappointed in many aspects of the establishment. The staff was less then welcoming, the physician assisted PA was nice but wasn't very interesting in listening to options and was quick to push medication and steroid shots. When asked about the gel using ultrasound we were told "we don't do that here" even though it's far more effective then without ultrasound. We were then told to begin physical therapy (PT), however that was a mess, ... read more
Poor customer service. The staff at the front desk is rude. It's like you're bothering them when you ask questions. They messed up on my fmla forms sending it to the wrong doctor. Long wait times when you have an appointment ridiculous.
