I scheduled an appointment, but it was set months away. I waited all that time, only for them to cancel on the very day of my appointment. When I tried to reschedule, the earliest they offered was around four months out. Is this really how the system works? You wait for months, plan around the appointment, and then they just cancel and push you even further back? This is completely unacceptable. Who can I even complain to? Ridiculous.
Horrible experience the admin is incompetent and lacks basic accumen
Horrible quality of care
The nurse and the physical therapist I saw were rude and incompetent. The nurse didn't even want to measure my weight and she asked me my weight and entered it to the system. The physical therapist didn't want to or didn't know how to do physical therapy. I went there to get physical therapy for my pelvic floor dysfunction but she only gave me diet recommendations. Their attitude was rude, too. I went there for treatment but just wasted my time and money.
