Horrible experience the admin is incompetent and lacks basic accumen
Horrible quality of care
The nurse and the physical therapist I saw were rude and incompetent. The nurse didn't even want to measure my weight and she asked me my weight and entered it to the system. The physical therapist didn't want to or didn't know how to do physical therapy. I went there to get physical therapy for my pelvic floor dysfunction but she only gave me diet recommendations. Their attitude was rude, too. I went there for treatment but just wasted my time and money.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Erika Pashai. From the moment I first met her, she showed a level of professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness that is rare to find. She helped me through a very painful kidney stone experience with both outstanding medical expertise and genuine care for my well-being.
