Female staff was very friendly and helpful but male staff was not. Even though I wrote down all information in patient chart, he asked me to tell him same info in front of him. He continued to finish his job without telling me to go to my seat so I had to stay in front of him for nothing for awhile.
Holiday closures should be provided. I drove 40 minutes to the lab & it is closed. There is no updated information about closures online. When you call, there is no information providing closure dates and the phone just rings. I understand many institutions are closed for holidays, however, I and many other people hold medical institutions to different standards due to the nature of care provided. I think it takes very little additional effort to post if the lab is closed for a holiday or for any other reason.
I have no complaints. All went well.
