In and out and quick and painless!
Female staff was very friendly and helpful but male staff was not. Even though I wrote down all information in patient chart, he asked me to tell him same info in front of him. He continued to finish his job without telling me to go to my seat so I had to stay in front of him for nothing for awhile.
