I don't know who answered their phone today but she needs her calls reviewed. Repeating three times "I wouldn't know when the next available appointment is unless I schedule the appointment" when I literally called to setup a new patient appointment is terrible communication skill. It was confusing and confrontational for no reason. She seemed fixed on the fact that I said "my son wouldn't be in your system [and] I don't know if you have any appts available for new patients". Dropping a review to say that I really appreciate Dr. Dasgupta and the support staff! I always have a great experience coming here for my checkups. Staff is great to work with, and Dr. Dasgupta takes time to listen and explain things to me. In a lot of other healthcare situations, I feel a lot more rushed than I do here.
