I would be very weary of any business that pays Google to remove negative reviews. I wrote a very detailed review of what happened to me while I was there. I will review I think near the end of December. They pay Google or something to delete it. If you’re in need of psychiatric help, this place is not a safe place for you.
I was at this hospital back in April of 2025 and then again in September 2025. Coming in from Virginia, I had heard all good things. Overall I had a GREAT experience. From the room to the nurses to the food, everything was great. My reason for 3 stars is because during my first visit here I had a tube going from into nose and down my throat. This has been a wonderful experience as emergency hospitals visits go…. The staff were great the whole time we were here. My husband checked in at 9 and by 11 he had bloodwork and imaging done. Then by 1 he was in a bed and waiting on a surgeon. His surgeon was on the ball, detail orientated and didn’t miss a beat. They were cautious and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again!
Dr. Templeman was absolutely incredible in the ER. He was so kind to every single person. I was there for hours and watched him treat everyone with positive energy, kindness, and validation. 100/10 class act! Promote him!
