Very dissatisfied with the service I received from the office staff and the nurses and PA’s that corresponded with me via MyChart and the follow up by their office manager wasn’t any better:
Went here my whole life and it was amazing until 5ish years ago. My primary doctor is no longer doing appointments, and it’s hard to get an in person appointment. They made me move my in person appointment virtual due to Covid, then told me while I was in the virtual waiting room that since I’m out of state (10 minutes away!) they can’t see me.
Great medical provider! Saw me within a day of calling. Exceptionality knowledgeable and helpful.
