Johns Hopkins in Frederick has become a Cookie cutter push them thru type of facility. The doctors used to care, now all they do is push you through. I have been going here for many years and it has really changed. The doctor didn’t have time to listen to me. All she wanted to do was address the one issue she thought I came in for (which bye the way was not the issue when I made the appointment). Dr. Tam is amazing, and so is his staff!
Unfortunately, after roughly 15 years with the JHCP system, I'll be discontinuing care with this office. Booked an appointment with a new doctor as my old one left this same office. Received an estimated bill prior to my visit, which I thought was odd so I followed up with them and both the customer service line and my insurance assured me it should be covered under preventative care.
