Their phone system needs work. I have been trying to contact a member of my care team (option 2 on the phone menu). Sometimes you can get someone right away, but most of the time they're busy with patients and you're on hold (which is totally understandable, it's a doctor's office). Unfortunately, after 10 minutes of being on hold a robotic voice tells you "we're sorry, but this operation cannot be completed" and hangs up on you! You then lose your place in line and have to call back, hoping that they'll get to you before th... read more

Hopkins Family Physicians in Columbia are excellent. I've seen 3 different physicians and dozens of nurse technicians at this office over the past 20 years. I honestly can't understand some of my peers complaints here. "They asked me my height instead of measuring it"?! Ask them to measure it then! To the person who thought she scheduled a physical but was not examined: It wasn't a physical! Check with insurance. If you go in for a specific illnesss or concern, e.g., a rash, you don't also get a physical like it's the 20th C... read more

Don’t come here if you want a physical. The doctor will not touch you. They don’t measure your height, they will just ask you. The doctor didn’t even look down my throat or check my lymph nodes. There’s no need to come 15 mins early, you will be waiting 30 mins past your time anyway. If you need to go to Labcorp or get any blood work done…this is the place. If you want the doctor to look at your body and ask you if you're in any pain or discomfort, don’t come here and waste your insurance/ co pay. If your under 30, they will... read more

Longest wait time to speak to receptionist over the phone. Clinical staff is very good. Front office is overwhelmed and understaffed.

I would like to go to my doctor but I never have appointment after work so it will be more convenient for me to follow up if Dr. Office opens late o hours like patients first because it’s very hard to get appointments if I need to see my doctor or get treated sooner .. if I have some pain or cold or any other sickness it’s hard to get appointments after hours … they need to open late hours for working people ..
