The doctor gave my wife a flu shot but didn’t record it in her records, 2 weeks later we need proof of vaccination for another doctor and John Hopkins says they have no record of her being giving any shot or vaccine. Not very professional of them and very inconvenient for her.

Unnecessarily rude the day after Christmas. All I did was walk in and say that my doctor ordered bloodwork and said I could walk in to get it done. You can communicate that you don’t have the staff without the nastiness. If I look confused, that’s an odd reason to get angry. I am diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and to be treated like that just because I didn’t know the policy off the top of my head is bizarre. Dr. Pennycooke is the most amazing doctor I have been to in 20 yrs! She really cares ,she is always positive and professional! I am working harder to take care of myself. I enjoy going to my doctors appointment now! She's the best!
