Today we had the pleasure of being treated by Ms. Annura and PA Ms. Bradshaw. They treated my two little babies that are 14 and 18 years old. It was such an informative and pleasant experience. Actually, it was amazing. Both of my babies were well taken care of and the time was well spent. Thank you ladies for being the absolutely best health care providers! You are sincerely appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience was highly unsatisfactoryi went here for new patient and never never coming back again👎🏻 The front desk staff were unhelpful and not courteous. The medical assistant (MA) appeared disengaged and did not provide clear information about the procedures. During my visit, I underwent a COVID test that caused discomfort and even minor bleeding. First time patient. I went in for a checkup. Every single person I interacted with was so pleasant! The PA had a good sense of humor and was clear and informative. After work and then fighting traffic, that trip to the doctor kinda made my day😊

I haven't faced any issues with scheduling or service at this doctor's office associated with JHHC. However, I understand that they recently lost a doctor, which may lead to longer wait times for appointments. This is especially true if you prefer to see your primary care manager (PCM) rather than another member of the care team.
