The day before my appointment they call at 455 pm to tell me that they cancelled my appointment because it was booked in a 15 minute slot instead of a 30 minute slot. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible for patients. It seems this was done on purpose so I wouldn’t have a chance to discuss with them. When I called, I was able to speak with a youngman named Ben who was outstanding. He merged all my patient information from my previous residence to my new Md residence. Wonderful.
The medical staff here does not care about their patients. I’ve sent multiple messages in portal regarding assistance needed and they just ignore you.
After a careful search I have found a medical facility and a doctor that make me feel that they truly value me. Dr. Athar definitely cares about my wellbeing and the staff is very professional.
