9 hours waiting and still have not been seen by a Dr. They ask what your pain level is and was given nothing for the pain. Labor was done quickly. Had to have an ultra sound done twice. Was told it should only be about 30 mins after that. That was 5 hours ago. Spoke to triage nurses they cannot tell me when a Dr can see me even though my ultrasound was already back. All I need is a Dr at this point discharge me and hopefully give me something for the pain..... I will edit my 1 star to a 3 due to when finally seeing a Dr. he ... read more
In waiting room for 15 hours with my 88 year old mother. Never given a status update or offered water or anything. People passed out everywhere. Dirty conditions; seats were not wiped down and people sneezing and throwing up everywhere. I can't find a contact number online to make a complaint. They need to expand the ER to provide more beds for patients. Love the hospital but the ER is not managed well and doesn't provide the standard of care expected for emergent situations.
This place is unsanitary. End of story. Do not come here!
