Best care for pediatric medicine.
Incompetent office staff. As a children's specialist, you need to do better. Booked an appointment in March for my son to be seen in May only for the prior authorization to never be sent. Reschedule and they still failed to send a complete prior authorization. My insurance company had to send it back and wait 7 days for a response. They responded on the 19th for an appointment on the 22nd and lied when I asked about it. Had to cancel on the 22nd because of course the prior authorization is not done due to office errors.
