Great staff and atmosphere! The only place I bring my little one!
This morning two of your Security Guards cut in front my Daughter and Disabled Grandson while in the Cafeteria, and when my Daughter pointed out their mistake, they were very rude and continued their place in line.... Normally your Stuff is very Courteous and Kind, I hope this is something that will never happen again..........
My son was flown in to JHACH last year with a brain tumor. The trauma nurse (Ryan )that night was outstanding. He kept us informed of how our son was doing along with what steps were being taken & why. His surgical team (Drs. Carey & Tuitt )saved our son,performing a very delicate surgery. I can't say enough about the nurses we have encountered in our year+ long battle. I love that you are a teaching hospital, the residents we have had have been phenomenal and the Dr's who taught them are awesome at what they do. Thank you!
Sat for 4 hours with a piece of metal in my eye. Finally I left without being seen. Hospital itself is good, ER, not so much!
