Best NICU ever for my little ones. All of the nurses that care for the babies here were amazing, which made me feel hopeful daily! I had a long journey of bed rest here as well for the duration of my pregnancy and was surrounded by a wonderful team day and night. I'm so happy that I had chosen this hospital.
Just to remind you about attitude of receptionist / information staff at the main entrance of HCGH main building. The senior female staff who is just sitting there and eating peanuts while working. She is not as welcoming as other staffs and volunteers there. It’s so sad because they are the first person that clients and patients will meet in the HCGH main lobby. Professionalism and language of caring should always be practice in the workplace.
