This is so sad that a hospital that Carries Such a prestigious name would treat a child with sickle cell like this. No one deserves this treatment and quite frankly seems like discrimination considering sickle cell affects mostly African americans
RecommendedOur daughter was born at a different hospital and was transferred to Hopkins immediately. She was taken care of so well and the staff answered every single question we had no matter how small. The staff made us feel welcome and helped relieve some of the stress we had about having a NICU baby. Morgan spent 11 days there and is now doing so well. A HUGE Thank You to the amazing staff of doctors and nurses for helping our baby girl through the terrifying first weeks of life. We are forever thankful! She is doing so well now!
