We had our twins around 1230am. We were not told they’d need to be transferred to a NICU until right after their birth. We were given three choices and we landed on John’s Hopkins. What an awesome choice we made! Everyone there is spectacular! We had nothing but positive interactions and we could tell our babies were being looked after by some of the best and brightest around. I felt 100% confident 100% of the time there. All hospitals should strive to be at their level.
Excellent experience with the pre-ops registration and prep team including admin, nurses, and support staff. They all have an effective bed side manner for both child and parents. Danny, Daniel, Bethia, Carmen, plus others… Thank you for making our family’s experience the most comfortable possible. :)
