Amazing staff
The NP was kind and interacted well with my son, but unfortunately misdiagnosed him with an ear infection. He only had upper respiratory symptoms, no ear pain, no drainage, no history of ear infections, and was otherwise acting completely normal, yet was still prescribed antibiotics. I’m fully aware that some kids don’t always complain of ear pain, but this was clearly not that.
