The NP was kind and interacted well with my son, but unfortunately misdiagnosed him with an ear infection. He only had upper respiratory symptoms, no ear pain, no drainage, no history of ear infections, and was otherwise acting completely normal, yet was still prescribed antibiotics. I’m fully aware that some kids don’t always complain of ear pain, but this was clearly not that. In and out with toddler very quick, staff was very nice.
I went in for stitches for my child and the nurse practitioner stated anesthesia was needed given the location of the cut so she was unable to perform the procedure in office but she spent time with us explaining what is needed and we were not charged. Honestly great experience. She seemed to care
