We bought a used engine and installed it. Found that the 4th piston wasn't moving. So we returned it on the premise that he'll swap it out. Calls up and says that he took the heads off and said, "there was too much oil in it." So essentially, instead of giving us the money back or a valid excuse to void the warranty. He shifted blame on us and just pocketed the money. I feel I had an obligation to put a warning for any potential consumer. Until, the situation is sorted this review will stay as a warning to others.
