I bought my first train at John's 43 years ago and I try to get down there when I can. John has been very friendly to all his customers even when I'm down there and we are trying to fix something for me and he see's someone that needs help he would always apologize to me and go help that other customer than he would get back to me. My husband goes in to talk to John about slot cars and get all of his car and track supplies. John has been a great source of knowledge and advice for him and will order any items he might not have on the shelf.
