DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR .......AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Requested service call for my residence. The man servicing my ac unit said called office to get information on cost of service and part. The secretary gave and estimate and demanded that if money was not there service man had to leave. I arranged someone to bring me cash and assured it would be less than five minutes. I just wanted to share my experience with Johns Heating and Air. They were great! I had these guys install a new system for me. I searched for about a month before I decided on who to go with to install my new system. Everyone I talked to at Johns Heating and Air was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
