Definitely honest and reliable. I was shopping for a new furnace quote when the technician arrived. Instead of just pushing a sale, he actually checked if the broken heat exchanger was under warranty. He found it was covered and they replaced it This saved me a lot of money, especially around the holidays. Great service!"
Take your business elsewhere. This company overcharges for service calls. I had an issue with my furnace it was working but making a loud noise. Service man came and told me what the issue was. I chose to replace the part. He told me he did not have the part with him and had to go back to shop to see if they had it and if they had in-stock he would be back if not he would have to order. I have nothing but great things to say. I had woken up to no heat and troubleshooted what I could. Upon further investigation I saw water and knew I needed to call someone. John's company sent someone out right away. They were super kind and fixed everything in just a few hours. I was worried about cost but it wasn't bad at all. I will definitely use them in the future.
Very bad service and not honest .. charged me arm and a leg .. same day they left , the thing still not working and no one come back to fix it .. shameful !
So grateful for John’s A/C service. Our A/C quit yesterday and we figured out we needed to call in early this morning. I called at 8:00 AM, service arrived and started at 8:45 AM, cold air was blowing at 9:30 AM. I was told what the problem and the repair was and how to prevent. 100% A-1 service. I’m glad John’s is in our area.
