I had a great experience using John’s Heating & AC this morning. A technician was out to my home only a hour after calling for assistance. Fast service and very reasonable prices. I will be using them again in the future if necessary! Thanks!
I called because my furnace quit and they were recommended to me. A technician came out and said I had a cracked heat exchange and I needed a new furnace. I had to wait for someone from John's to call me for a price. Two weeks passed and no one called me. By the time they had called, I had 3 other estimates and made a decision to go with someone else. The woman in the office told me that they don't schedule jobs, you just have to be available when the next technician comes in and gets your card. I could have never sat home f... read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! The guy said he'd call me back and didn't. I called in and the lady said he'd call me back and he didn't.; I had to go with someone else and you should too.
