We bought an investment property in GA with James in 2018 and sold it in 2022. He was also our property manager during that time. James has been great to work with right from the get go. A true RE investment professional who is an expert in the local market and is easy to work with. Within a month of us connecting, we we were able to purchase a property and tenant it. I really liked the way James screened applicants as he has the right tools and brings the right expertise to the table. Relocating from Florida to Atlanta in June and targeted a rental listed by this agency. I reached out to the listing agent last Thursday morning and again Thursday night (due to the aggressiveness of the market) before I could get a response of “I’ll call you tomorrow in the a.m.” - that call never came the next day (or the 3 days after that even).
