Johns Creek Primary Care wonderful. Very prompt with any request for appts., referrals, prescription refills. Dr. Herman and staff are the "Best"! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share this.
I am well pleased with my care. My best comments are that Dr Herman really listens to me and he constantly stays up on new medicine. His staff is always kind and responsive. I appreciate the excellent care I receive.
In mid-November 2015, Dr. Conlin sent me for a CT scan and just as I returned home from the scan, I received a phone call from his office saying I needed to come in to discuss the results. He immediately gave me the dreaded diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer and recommended that I quickly schedule an appointment with a gynecological oncologist. Jodi Teeple Strayhorn At Johns Creek Primary Care (JCPC) I have a wonderful experience 99% of the time. The other 1% is when there used to be a fairly long wait time, but that has greatly improved. I've been a patient at JCPC approximately 17 years. I see Dr. Lee Herman or Pam Watson (APRN) during my visits. They are both very thorough in their exams, which is important to me. Pam Watson, the Nurse Practitioner student, and the nurse with whom I dealt were thorough, professional, pleasant and caring. They made me feel like a person, not something on an assembly line. I like the way things were explained and my feelings were taken into consideration. I am happy to recommend John's Creek Primary Care and the people who work there to everyone.
