READ EVERYTHING THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN CAREFULLY! – About six weeks ago I dropped off a pin drive to see if John's Computer could recover any information from it. A day or two later they called back and said that the information was unrecoverable. I replied to the caller “well just throw it away I guess.†The caller responded with an ok and we hung up. Six weeks later, I get a call from John's Computer stating that I needed to pick up the pin drive and pay a $35 diagnostic fee. Apparently when I dropped off the $8 pin driv... read more
Highly Recommended – I can't seem to avoid viruses from finding my computer. I've taken it to John's and they clean the machine and get it back very quickly. They stick to their estimate, also, which is very nice.
