I brought our Jeep to John's for an electrical issue that I couldn't figure out. I told them I was in no rush because This was not a daily driver. When the vehicle was ready a few days later the issue was explained, corrected and AT NO CHARGE because I was told that they felt bad because the simple fix took so long. This , again was despite me telling them I was in no rush. They have earned a customer for life with their level of service and courtesy!! Highly recommend!
