This repair service which came highly recommended does not like USAA and although I have sent numerous emails again to merely ask for a supplement be submitted to USAA indicating how much longer it will take. It will be 45 days now and they will not even commit to this! They say they prepared a separate form for USAA only but will not do a supplement for me so I can keep my rental car. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend them to anyone with a BMW!
RecommendedJohn's Collision is awesome! When I was looking for an auto body shop to fix the minor vandalism that happened to our vehicle, I was having a hard time trusting any place. But I came across John's through a recommendation and couldn't be happier that I did! I worked with Trevor and he was very attentive. He kept in contact with us every step of the way and definitely did not disappoint. I would highly recommend John's Collision!
Fix my car that he got the check to repair
I’ve known John for a little while now. One things for sure. He doesn’t let anything subpar leave his shop. He demands quality and inspects almost every car that leaves. 5 stars 🌟
Excellent work on both of our BMW's after the hail storm of June 2019. We are so please with the quality of work and the efficiency of the staff, especially Susan in the office. Whatever she gets paid is not enough for all the phone calls and supplements needed from our insurance company. My car looks like it did before the storm which was "Perfect"! I highly recommend this company and so thankful for the referral from Schomp BMW.
John's Collision is a very respectable company, excellent detail in there work. I highly recommend this repair facility.
