I went in looking for a solution to the new scrape on my rear bumper. Tyrone advised me to just pickup a bottle of touch-up paint from my dealer and make the quick fix at home. He made to choice to save me from spending hundreds on unnecessary repairs. His integrity and honesty blew me away, as this is not usually the case in sales/repairs. If I need a true repair in the future, John’s has my business!
