RecommendedFirst heard about John's about 5 years ago - but how often does one need car repair? Anyway, had minor damage (self-inflicted) to our car recently and stopped his place. Wow! I can honestly say that I have NEVER gotten the kind of friendly, prompt and honest service at any other repair shop, ever. Definitely, if yu need an estimate or repair, it behooves you to stop by John's. Really!
I was referred to John's by a coworker who had experienced excellent service at this shop. Someone had put a huge dent in the bodyline of my beautiful car with their door. The shop got me in quickly and did an incredible job of removing this dent without cracking the paint. The customer service was top notch and unlike any you will get at a chain center (I've worked with another collision center in the past). I highly recommend John's shop!
John repaired my husband’s Honda Ridgeline after someone sideswiped him. They did an amazing job. It looks like new again!!Sherri and John are great to work with. We hope we don’t need them again, but if we do, we’ll be back!!
They are great and John helped me replace my tail lamp and refused to charge me even when I insisted. We used their Collision service 2 months ago and very pleased with their work.
The team here has fixed all my vehicles when they’ve been rear-ended, side swiped, and when my vehicle rear-ended someone else. Each time, the vehicle was turned around in the promised time frame during repair and payments between insurance went smoothly. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the cleaning/detail was better than when I picked it up from the dealer.
Great shop. Ecxcellent service. John's a good guy to work on any car. will use again.
