RecommendedHands down the best service at a car wash that we have gotten in a long time. The gentleman tonight at the west salem location did a fantastic job of pre-washing our jeep and taking the extra time to make it that much better. He was kind, professional, and super courteous. I didn’t catch his name but the owners need to recognize this type of employee. Thank you Johns for having great service.
!!DAMAGE TO CAR!! I recently went through John's Car Wash and received DAMAGE to my car!! DAMAGE to the right headlight cover, DAMAGE to the paint on the right side near the hood and a streak of black oil down the middle of my car, NONE of which was there before the wash!! John's Car Wash LIED and REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEIR EQUIPMENT CAUSED!!! DON'T TAKE A CHANCE ON YOUR VEHICLE BEING DAMAGED AT John's Car Wash!!!
Great easy fast and inexpensive car wash.
John’s in West Salem is the best. They basically wash your car with the brush before they send you through the machine. Keizer location is not good but LOVE West location.
I went to John's in Keizer today. It left think milky white soapy water spots all over my car. Also the right side brush towards the end doesn't spin or even touch the car. I called and got zero satisfaction. He wouldn't even admit they had a problem. He tried to pass it off as Keizer water. It was from soap and unclean rinse water. I know the difference.
Very pleased with our washes here!!! Takes the baked bugs and grime right off!
I've used this location 2 times. Both have been severely disappointing results. The brushes don't seem to clean anything on your car. I would avoid this place unless you want these go pay for a second wash at a different place.
