I was turned away as a woman with short hair, as the female working said she cannot cut women's hair but only short cuts for men. It confused me to see a photo posted of a woman with medium length hair. Mine was shorter. I most always have been going to barbars because salon gets confused when they deal with short hair. But this place is highly recommended. It has small town feel to it and in a busy, easy to find location. The parking lot is small but free.

I needed a short cut to deal with summer heat, and disability making my hair a painful chore. I had gone from mid-back to shoulder length a few months ago and decided yesterday to get a very short style. The staff were very friendly, and yet hesitant to do a women's cut, but I assured them I'd be fine with the results.
