John's Automotive Diagnostics is Refreshingly Honest! I've been taking my cars to John for over 10 years. He has always been honest, fixes only what really needs fixing and goes out of his way to find affordable parts. He is well versed in the strengths and weakness of my vehicles and knows what issues to watch for. I expect my cars to last 200K-300K miles and John has helped me meet that expectation. NOTE: He doesn't work on German cars. He is also in high demand, so call ahead.

Are they ASE Certified? Are they ASE Certified? How do we know the guys they use are experienced. Yes they are honest but it concerns me when they lose a mechanic when they get another how much experience does that mecahnic have & is he ASE certified thru training & who checks the work? I'd like to give them 4 -5 stars but I'd like to know the answers to the questiins

FIVE STAR RATING IS NOT QUITE ENOUGH John's Automotive is absolutely THE BEST service center I've ever found in the Denver area. My family and I have been going to John's for many years -- they provide the perfect balance of professional care, personal attention and (this is really important to me) honesty. If I could give them SIX stars, I would.

WOW John is the BEST I called because my engine light went on after I had my car washed. I have a Hyundai Accent and John told me the plugs or something got wet and that it had to dry out. He gave me information about the yellow warning lights and the red warning lights. We also discussed my car burning oil. John was more interested in educating me and solving my car problems without it costing me a ton of money. He was extremely honest. great service, no pressure These guys are great mechanics who know what they're doing, tons of experience. Super honest. If John can't do something for you reasonably, he'll let you know. If it's time to stick a fork in the 73 Chevy pickup, he'll tell you, and wont soak you for something you shouldn't oughta do. Conversely he can save you a bundle when you do need something done but you don't want to spend a mint.
