This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They are irresponsible and have no idea what the word respect means. We negotiated a car, and when it was time to sign the papers, they started with excuses and lies. In the end, they sold the car to someone else without even having the decency to call me and let me know. BAD. I ordered tires from SimpleTire.com that John's Automotive would install. And per SimpleTire's policies, I called SimpleTire a week before to reschedule my appointment for a day later than already scheduled. SimpleTire has a recorded call that Neal at John's Automotive approved this rescheduled appointment. But when we arrived to have the tires installed, Jen refused to honor their commitment, and tried to put me off for ANOTHER week. Very negative experience multiple times and will never return, have a older camaro that has had over heating issues for years regardless of how many times its there or how many times they charge me 100s of dollars and say its working perfectly now. Charge for a coolant flush still got rusty brown coolant they literally charge you to take your car and take it out for lunch to "test it" just to put miles on your car and say they fixed it while not actually fixing it.
