Unprofessional, disrespectful owner. This afternoon I called to find out if my car can be done by a certain time due to a prior commitment. John gave me a special time which I agreed with. I also told him at what time I would bring my car in - which he agreed with. Once he saw me come into his shop, he walked away in his office with his cell phone. I had a regular mechanic from before. Went to her for over 10 years. She passed. Had to find a new mechanic. Found John's Automotive. Was taking an past car to him; now taking my new car to him. Same excellent service. From brakes, to AC, etc. John is up front, caring, and straightforward with what needs to be done. All service has been in a timely manner.
