This place is fast and honest!! They are the only shop that I’ll bring my car to
I decided to go to John’s Automotive. Review’s were astounding. I called and talked to Rich (the owner) and made an appointment. I brought in my vehicle. Spoke to Rich. And left my baby in his hands. A few hours later I received a call telling me what they found and what was needed for repair. He gave me a cost and I was actually happy. It was a reasonable cost. I was very well informed about what service was going to be done. Actually I learned a lot about the service. And I was very pleased with not only the transmission service but the knowledgeable people working there and they didn’t mind questions. Also good customer service. Will use them again when my car needs service.
I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked it up by lunch time. Everything was perfect.
Great service and Rich was a delight!
