We brought our Prius into John’s auto shop. We had to have the gas engine battery jumpstarted twice and our right Side headlight went out again so we brought it in the John’s and they found out that the battery we have was from 2018 so the battery was replaced. They also noticed that the headlight was getting no electric It turned out to be the ballast so they replaced that replaced. The lights for us and the car is working. Took my truck in for an oil change. They checked all fluid levels and did a basic inspection as part of the sevice. Found that my oil pan bolt threads were damaged and replaced at no additional cost. No complaints.
