Awesome guys. Honest. Helpful. Great customer service. Fast. And, reasonable. The tension pulls on my 2013 F350 froze up, causing my serpentine belt to break. The came and picked up my truck and had it fixed the next day, for half of what the Ford house wanted - and that included the towing. Next day service in the Permian Basin is unheard of these days. I was thoroughly pleased. I understand they have been in business for over 35 years. It's easy to see why. I highly recommend them.

We live out in the country and our sports car suffered major rat & field mice damage!! Major wiring damage under the hood & we thought it would never run the same, but our insurance company recommended E&R and they came out the next day to tow our car to their shop. Exactly one month later, our car was ready & EVERYTHING works the same as before!!! We were so excited & greatly pleased by the outcome!
