Absolute disaster of a business. Use this establishment at your own risk. They should be investigated by the media.
The service and communication here is TERRIBLE!!!! I had an appointment on 1/16/2023 at 1:00 pm to have a device installed. TWO WEEKS later I still didn’t have my car back. When I could get them to answer the phone they kept saying the unit was bad and they had to order a new one. Then when I finally said forget it I’ll come get my car and take it somewhere else, then they told me for “some reason “ it wouldn’t start. A teenage female took her car there because they were supposed to be friends of the family- the vehicle had a starting issue and she was told it needed a starter and was charged almost $400 . One week later it wouldn’t start again and I was asked to diagnose it, take note I am a retired mechanic of over 30 years and have experience with European, Domestics and Imports . The experience at this place is horrible. I suggest that you do not take your vehicle into this Auto shop. I would go into detail but I have filed a suite against the company for faulty repairs and loss of contracts and wages.
I am still having the same issues with my car. They have attempted to fix it for free considering The issues are still happening. But! I am still having the issues at this point and feeling hopeless. I have spent so much money with this company.
