My jeep was making a loud scrapping noise, called this and John said bring it in and they’re going to have it done by this evening! Great service and super friendly office lady!
John and Julie were amazing to me all the years I took my vehicles to them. They treated me like family and were always honest in their dealings with me. When my first van still needed more repairs, they honestly told me it wasnt worth it anymore and they didnt want to take my money. I appreciated that advice and upgraded to something slightly newer that didn't need more work. If I could give zero stars I would, they are probably the rudest, unprofessional place I’ve ever been. The owner called my daughter stupid and told her she didn’t know what she was talking about. She took her car there when she first bought it because it was driving weird and shaking when it accelerated. They told her nothing was wrong with her car after having it for 3 days. Then when her check engine light came on and she took it to a different mechanic and they told her she was missing a bolt on her air intake. Meaning it... read more
