The dealership service department wasnt returning my calls all week despite messages every day and calling multiple times a day. I have an extended warranty and I'm guessing they didnt want to help me out. I called John's this morning and they told me to bring it in. John's Auto is the only place I can trust to take my vehicle. While the hours are limited to work week times and an appointment is needed, I've learned it's well worth it for the honest work that is done. They make it so easy to drop off my vehicle and return later so that I don't have to sit around waiting on my vehicle to be serviced. They always seem to be busy when I bring my vehicle in and I'm not surprised by that based upon the excellent service I receive time and time again.
John is the best. They are courteous, quick, precise, and honest.
They were super friendly, Professional & an extremely trustworthy auto repair shop.
I've been taking my vehicles here for more than 20 years. I've always had excellent, honest service.
