John did an amazing job installing lowering springs, rear sway bar, and new engine mount on my 2017 F56 S. I was a little nervous at first because I dealt with a lot of shady mechanics but he was honest and he even raised the car up on the lift to show me the progress. His labor rates is fair so I didn't have to burn a hole in my pockets. I have more projects coming up and I will definitely use his services again.
Came in for a camshaft timing and I was treated to the best customer service experience I've ever received from a shop. I got photos, videos, and constant updates from John, along with some incredibly fast and accurate work. John spotted some MASSIVE problems that the last place caused and single-handedly gave my engine another 100k miles.
I brought my 2016 mini countryman S to John’s Auto Repair to diGnose the “ Low oil Pressure “ fault code. John the owner took care of my problems including communicating to SOS Protect my extended service contract Company.for parts labor and parts replacement of my fuel pump. Very disrespectful, I called regarding an intake to be changed and he said “you do it buddy” and he hung up? Update: I was quoted 700 for a simple intake and I went to another mechanic who took 50$ and the car sounds amazing no lights and I’m glad with the service.
