While driving on 99e, our car wouldn't shift gears and was acting up. We immediately pulled over and just happened to be next to John's auto. It was after hours, and they were closed, but people were still there. Fortunately for us, Kevin dropped what he was doing and diagnosed our car (which happened to have a bad coil pack). They didn't have the part we needed, and we had nobody to call, so another worker drove to get the part, and immediately fixed it. The workers here are very honest and so helpful!
