Did a great job on our truck. Would definitely recommend.
I have been using John's for 30 years and never had a problem. Of course they have no control on parts being timely but they do great work They painted the ait scoop and side window vents of my 2006 Mustang GT and couldnt tell it wasnt original.. I highly suggest bringing ur work here.
I had a terrible experience too, just before a holiday, insurance send me there on tuesday for pictures and estimate, call on friday morning Josh told me he was too busy, he could remember the password on the insunrance website, and he would try next week, and not to call him back because again he was too busy, that friday i got my car dropped it off for 10 minuts to Gerber Collision & Glass pictures, estimates done whit in 3 hours, i spend 4 days wasted in Johns Auto Body. Josh the owner was very unprofessional. After taking picture of my car with 3 days I call to make sure that he had submitted estimate with Assurance car insurance, he told me that he was too busy, and he forgot the password of website that Assurance wants he to email. After that experience I went to Gerber Collision & Glass, and no problem pictures estimate was done in less the 3 hours, thats what a call great service. The office building reminded me of something out of the dukes of hazard show.The owner John took the pictures but refused to submit them when given proper email address. John advised us that he was to busy to at the time and couldn't send out the pictures for probably another week because he forgot the password to the website. My state farm insurance representative call him to see if he had submit pictures and estimate, he (John the business owner) flat out told her that he was to busy and do not call him again. Had a terrible experience. My car was estimated for two weeks in the shop. They never even got the parts in for over two months! I drive by every day and saw my car just sitting there. No one ever seemed to know what was going on or have any estimates of time frames. Then, Josh was on vacation when my car was supposed to be finished . Overall, my car was in the shop for 3 months. Then I got it back and a week later the power steering hose was eviscerated and now it is in the shop again. Be careful.
I can not say enough about the great people that work here. We just so happened to find an auto shop at the next exit after unfortunately hitting some debris on 75 resulting in 2 bent rims and a flat tire. They are an auto body shop but they went out of their way to help us even after they closed up shop. If you are looking for anything within their range of work I hands down recommend the great people that work here.
