John and Chris patiently tolerate my painful to listen to detailed descriptions of every noise the car makes and put my worries at ease. They get the car in ASAP, remedy the issue if needed, give me options if applicable and let me know what work is coming down the pike that I need to be financially preparing for. John dropped in a battery before the shop was even open so I could get to work. During a snowstorm after they closed Chris replaced windshield wipers that snapped off.
