I had a great experience yesterday taking my car in! He was able to squeeze me in between appointments due to cancellations and worked incredibly fast to determine the problem & provide a solution. He also took the time to teach me how to check my oil! Also, great conversation in between! Would recommend. 😊
John was very kind and helpful he gave me a ride back to my work free of charge while he installed my device and offered to pick me up once my car was ready once I got back to his shop he gave me step by step instructions on how the device worked 10/10 review

I took my car in to get the front brakes and rotors replaced. A few weeks later, my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced as well. He ended up coming in on his day off so I wasn't driving around with bad brakes over the weekend. His pricing is more affordable than other Rochester mechanics that I had called for a quote. Plus he actually took the time to show me what was wrong with my brakes and rotors. It's really hard these days to find a trustworthy mechanic, but John is one of them. John worked on my Chevy Cruze which had been a nightmare project. He was very knowledgeable about the issues with this vehicle and motor. It required a lot of work to get it running dependably again. I was given an estimate up front and was advised that it may go up or down depending what was found. That was refreshing to see such honesty.
