I took my car in to get the front brakes and rotors replaced. A few weeks later, my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced as well. He ended up coming in on his day off so I wasn't driving around with bad brakes over the weekend. His pricing is more affordable than other Rochester mechanics that I had called for a quote. John worked on my Chevy Cruze which had been a nightmare project. He was very knowledgeable about the issues with this vehicle and motor. It required a lot of work to get it running dependably again. I was given an estimate up front and was advised that it may go up or down depending what was found. That was refreshing to see such honesty. I had the pleasure of recently having my newly purchased Ram 1500 serviced at A1 Auto Repair. My fuel emissions system was having issues and after figuring this out, I called John and he got me in within 20 minutes. He figured out the issue within 15 minutes of arrival. To fix the issue, it required having parts shipped to his store. He received them the next day, and by that evening, he had everything fixed. It only took him an hour to do this.
