Called John to fault with our Kenmore washing machine.Excellent service arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it at a very reasonable price. Extremely pleasant individual, would highly recommend.
Went to Johns place looking for a quick-disconnect fitting for an inline refrigerator ice maker filter which had been broken while moving the refrigerator. I had already looked at the major stores, including where I bought the last filter, with no favorable results. John didnt have the quick-disconnect fitting either, but he was very helpful and offered several suggestions to work around this problem. I had John service my broken washer and dryer. Prior to the visit he asked the right questions to get the informaiton he needed to be prepared for his visit. He had with him all the necessary parts no waiting for another visit to have my washer back. He was very knowlegable and honest. Only took an hour to investigate and fix the problems and even identified cost saving efforts for the use of my machines. Johns had excellent service. He arrived on-time. He eliminated the possible reasons for my non-working Kenmore dryer one-by-one, until the failure was located. It was a loose connection.He didnt charge for unneeded parts or repairs.I plan to use him again and I recommend him to you for all your appliance repairs.
