Called at 10 am, he was here at 2 pm! Efficient, reasonable and very nice. Will definitely use again.
Fast service (under a half hour to fix our dryer!), great pricing ($65 for a service charge which includes the first 30 mins of labor), and after a long holiday weekend they promptly returned my call on Tuesday. Thank you guys! I will refer to John's anytime!
I have used them on two separate occasions. They are extremely knowledgeable and gave me a few tips on maintenance/cleaning to avoid further problems. They were great to deal with.
SO FRIENDLY, super fast service, really great attitude of the technician, and fixed our washing machine for less than his original estimate. Very quickly to boot, in and out in no time. He was also very accommodating and understanding when I was running 15 minutes behind to meet him, so it should be 5+ stars but it maxes out at 5, so...5 stars. Highly recommend.
Fast, friendly, honest and efficient!! My dryer is Alive again and Matt was so helpful and knowledgable!! Thanks Johns Appliance Service!! Customer service was also great which is a rarity now days!
