I had a very negative experience with this alteration shop. I brought in a soccer jersey to alter the length and the tailor told me it would be ready on a Thursday. However, I returned on Monday to let him know I had changed my mind and wanted my shirt back before any work was done. When I requested the jersey, the tailor claimed he had already started working on it. Based on what I observed, I do not believe that was the case. Please do not take anything to this man. After altering the dress , it did not fit. Then he proceeded to tell my daughter she gained too much weight in 10 days in front of the whole store! She had been watching her weight just because of prom( which she has not an ounce of fat on her). After being humiliated and sobbing, we left and had to pay him. She immediately started starving herself. We did find a sweet seamstress that was able to fix his horrible work. Sad thing is I had taken small things in before…. But he does not ... read more
Paid 200 to add on to my arms and lats. Not even dry cleaned.
John is truly amazing! I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and timeliness. I needed last minute alterations for a wedding and he did a great job on time! It was my first time using his services - he did not just get a one time customer - he gained a client. 100% recommend
