I called to get a thermostat replaced. The man on the phone wanted to charge me $120 for the service call which was fine then proceeded to tell me a standard $50 thermostat would cost me an additional $350 plus tax. When I asked if I can provide my own thermostat he told me no - if he was installing the thermostat it would cost me a total of $470. This company is a rip off
I called this morning and almost immediately got a call back. I've been without air all weekend and was so happy they were coming out today after dealing with my home warranty company since Friday. I cancelled my plans and sat home all day waiting for them to come like they said they would. I was very clear on what day when they said I was on the list. I called them back after 10 hours and was told they were done for the day. No apology just an oh wel . Do not give this company your business!
While I did not end up,using them they did initially give me the best price for the best equiptment. Very nice staff. Receptionist not as friendly as she could be. I would definitely recommend calling them if you are shopping for a new furnace or AC unit.
